Founded in 2012 in Mumbai — India's commercial capital and gateway to global trade — WinKovi began as a small commodity trading operation with one mission: make Indian agricultural exports accessible to global buyers without the complexity that had long plagued the sector.
Our founders — seasoned professionals from India's commodity trading and logistics industry — saw a gap. International importers wanted quality Indian spices, rice, and pulses, but faced opaque pricing, inconsistent quality, and mountains of documentation. WinKovi was built to solve exactly that.
Today we are a full-spectrum import-export house with a team of 40+ trade professionals, managing sourcing, quality control, export documentation, freight, and post-shipment support for over 1,500 import partners across 35 countries.
We hold a valid Import Export Code (IEC) from DGFT and Registration-cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC) from APEDA — legally authorised to export food from India.
Our customs team handles HS code classification, DGFT licensing, duty drawback, and country-specific import compliance — so your shipment clears without delays.
We book FCL and LCL containers from 6 Indian seaports plus air freight from 4 airports. We work with MSC, Maersk, CMA CGM, and Evergreen for competitive rates.
LC at sight, deferred LC, CAD (DP/DA), advance TT, and open account for trusted partners. ECGC export credit insurance available on request.
Pre-shipment inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek on buyer request. COA issued by NABL-accredited labs for every shipment.
